At Mirroza Enterprises, we are proud to deliver Pakistan’s first handcrafted mosaic mirror art to customers across the country. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.


🧵 Order Processing Time

Each Mirroza piece is handcrafted with care, and due to the artisanal nature of our work, please allow us 2–3 business days to process your order.

Note: Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order before it is shipped.


📦 Shipping Timeline

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for major cities in Pakistan
  • 3–7 business days for rural or remote areas

Shipping timelines may vary slightly based on your location and local courier service schedules.


🚫 No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note: We do not offer Full Cash on Delivery (COD).

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our mosaic products, all orders must be confirmed with either a partial or full payment. Orders will not be processed unless advance payment is received.


🇵🇰 Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only offer shipping within Pakistan.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values.


🧾 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor your package's journey in real-time.


📦 Packaging

All items are packaged securely with protective materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.


🛑 Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience.
