No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail, and variations are natural — making each item one of a kind.


🛡 3-Day Damage Guarantee

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged during transit, we offer a 3-day damage guarantee.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

What happens next:

  • We will review your claim within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for compensation.


⚠️ Exceptions

Please note that the following are not considered defects:

  • Slight color or texture variations
  • Irregularities consistent with handmade artistry
  • Minor sizing differences

📦 Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
