All our products are handcrafted, so slight variations in design, size, or color may occur — this is a hallmark of our artistry.

3. 💳 Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

Orders will only be processed once the partial or full payment has been successfully received.

We accept secure payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD — where available).

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, order processing takes 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery will take an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

5. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and custom nature of our products.

However, we offer a 3-day guarantee on items that arrive damaged. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days with supporting photos and order details.

6. 📸 Intellectual Property

All images, content, logos, and designs on this Site are the intellectual property of Mirroza Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

7. 📬 Promotions, Discounts, and Offers
