Order Cancellation Policy

At Mirroza, each piece is meticulously handcrafted with care and intention. Because of the nature of our custom-made wall art, we begin production shortly after the order and advance payment are received.

If You Need to Cancel an Order:

  • Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and submitting the advance payment.
  • If we receive your cancellation request within that 2-hour window, we will fully refund your advance token payment — no questions asked.

After 2 Hours:

If more than 2 hours have passed since your payment and the order has entered the production phase, we regret to inform you that:

  • Your order cannot be canceled, and
  • The advance payment will not be refunded.

🛠️ Why This Policy Exists:

All of our pieces are handcrafted, and many are made to order — especially customized mirror mosaics, rope designs, and calligraphy art. Once production starts, materials are allocated, and artisan time is scheduled specifically for your piece. Unfortunately, this makes it unfeasible to repurpose or resell a work-in-progress.
