Yes, every piece is individually handcrafted using high-quality mirror mosaics, making each item unique and artisanal.
3. What sizes are available?
We offer standard sizes including:
- Round: 16" x 16", 10" x 10"
- Square: 16" x 16"

Custom sizes like 18" x 18" and 24" x 24" are also available upon request.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 2–3 business days for handmade creation. Delivery takes 2–5 business days once shipped. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a 3-day damage-on-arrival guarantee. Learn more in our Return Policy.
6. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We accept custom orders. You can request changes in size, pattern, or design. Contact us directly to discuss your idea.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, Debit/Credit Cards, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be confirmed via partial or full payment.
8. How do I clean and care for my mosaic mirror?
Use a glass cleaner sprayed onto a soft cloth, not directly on the mirror. Gently wipe to preserve its finish. Avoid exposure to rain or extreme heat.
9. Where do you ship?
We ship all across Pakistan. For shipping outside Pakistan, please reach out via email or Instagram for a custom quote.
